Copy & Content Variety Pack

Most content-hosting platforms offer a free version with limited tools at your disposal, but that doesn’t mean what’s on hand won’t work for you! You can still build a brand on the “free and easy” with professional grade software.

Here’s a list of public platforms I rely on personally to help me and my clients create thought-provoking content without blowing their bank (or my head).

Nightcafe

Detailed, vibrant, and accessible visuals. Most people boast about MidJourney, Discord, Dall-E…but I love NightCafe. This easy-to-DIY platform hosts a slew of art styles and thematics that let you mix and match until you get the perfect combo. All it takes are a few credits you’re already gifted when you make an account and that can quickly be rebuilt from liking other published art. So, if you need a dark-as Cthulhu’s Abyss with a hint of morbid surrealism, a grey Candy Land inspired dining room, or a hyper realistic neon mascot like Robo-Tim, you’ve got it.

Canva

https://www.canva.com/

Everyone’s tried and true, it offers a quick way to template graphic designs, landing pages, Instagram stories…a resume? And then throw it in a file, because we creatives love our folders so much, we’ll probably be buried by them.

Notion

https://www.notion.so/

Do I really need to say it? Notion elevates basic notes to collaborative formats or independent subsets of your grandest ideas without you having to go crazy sorting it all out. It’s a content creator’s matrix and my top place to go for organizing any client need into seasonal campaigns and more.

Colored Note

Oh, you thought I was going to just say Notes, didn’t you? No, this one is better. It has faces. But seriously, when you’re in a dead zone with nothing else pulling up, you can at least throw your thoughts on phone before they escape you forever. Color coordinating helps organize what goes where, and the added changeable expression lets you…know when you hate your own idea? Is it a LinkedIn long form or a website landing page? Do you love the concept, or do you want to burn it to the ground and start over?
